SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

If you haven't received a shipment: 

  • After a kit or order is shipped, you will receive a receipt of your order. You may need to check that these emails are not sent to your Spam folder. 

  • For US and Canadian customers, after placing your order, the delivery is typically 3-10 business days after you receive the confirmation email. 

  • Please note, due to increased mail volume USPS is reporting shipping delays. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as the USPS works to deliver your shipment. Please allow an extra 3-10 business days for packages to arrive to U.S. and Canadian addresses. Additionally, due to COVID-19 related safety measures, domestic and international packages may be delayed 5-14 days. 

 

To update your Shipping Address:

You can update a subscription's shipping address by emailing DreamBig@Luminaries.Life Shipping addresses must be updated 10 days before the next shipment date to take effect for that shipment. 

  • For the United States and Canada, we offer free regular shipping on all Store orders.

  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any customs fees, taxes or duties. 

Return & Exchange Policy

What is Luminaries' return policy?

Luminaries kits and purchases made except returns on Store orders if the items are unused and not damaged. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
