Luminaries Yearlong program has been intentionally designed to help Survivors build new positive habits building physical and mental health. When completed together, the six, 60-day practices provide a foundation for cultivating new mindsets and greater wellbeing. Setting-up Survivors to achieve more after a cancer diagnosis then thought possible. The Extra Care items assist in building confedence and adding some warmth to the Survivorship journey.
